RETURN POLICY

We offer you a simple and easy 48-hour return policy. You can easily return the item using the coupon within 48 hours from the date of receipt.

The full amount of the returned item (excluding shipping charges) will be credited to the coupon code. This coupon is valid for life and can be used for your next purchase at Dorothygrocery.

Do not accept any order if the seal of the item is broken/unsealed upon receipt; such return orders will not be accepted.

Please ensure that the returned item is packed securely to prevent loss or damage during transportation. For all self returns, please use a reliable courier service. The shipping charges will be borne by you or, if you prefer, we can pick up the item at your doorstep (subject to the availability of logistics partners), deduct the applicable charges (Rs. 200) and issue a credit note for the balance.

Once we receive your return, we will conduct a quality check. Your return must meet the following conditions: the item is unused, with packaging and tags intact, and returned within 48 hours of receipt.

Any returned merchandise not meeting the above criteria will not be entertained and will be returned to you at your expense. No refund will be made in such cases.

We will notify you of the return status within 48-72 working hours from the date of receipt of the merchandise.

This policy is subject to change during any promotional period as per the promotional policy.

For Yoga Pants and Athleisure categories, we offer one-time exchange for a nominal fee of Rs. 250. Please refer to the size on the product page to select the correct size. No exchange will be accepted after the first exchange and no cash refund will be provided.

Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges on intimate apparel such as bras, bodysuits, pasties, stockings, leggings, socks and hair accessories for hygiene reasons.

All electronic accessories are non-returnable and can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery in case of any manufacturing defects.

Please note that this process may take 7 to 10 working days.

Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you do not wish to proceed with your order, please let us know by sending an email to 邮箱 and provide your order ID.

We will cancel your order and issue a credit note for the purchase amount.

Orders that have already been shipped will not be cancelled and any amounts paid (prepaid or partial COD) will not be refunded for packaging and shipping costs if the order is cancelled.

If for any reason you wish to cancel a prepaid/partial COD order, please contact us by sending an email to 邮箱. Please note that we will deduct a 5% payment gateway fee from your total refund amount and an 18% fee from your total refund amount for partial COD orders.

Bras/Sleepwear/Yoga Pants

Exchanges will only be accepted within 48 hours of receipt, provided the garment has not been used and/or damaged in any way and you provide the original purchase receipt. Dorothygrocery labels must be intact and the product must be in a resaleable condition as determined by Dorothygrocery's quality inspection team. Dorothygrocery reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request if the above requirements are not met.

Submit an order return request

When you receive your package, please be sure to provide an unboxing video. This video will be essential if you need to file any disputes related to missing, damaged or mismatched products.

Important: We will respond to your email within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Please respond to this email within 48 hours to avoid your return request being cancelled. Otherwise, your return request will be automatically cancelled.

We reserve the right not to refund for the following situations:

(i) The product is damaged (unless the returned product itself is damaged).

(ii) The product is not in its original condition, label and packaging.
